Properties of Beigang's casting pig iron and nodular pig iron:
  Our casting pig iron and nodular pig iron under the name of "Beitai" are the quality raw materials of complicated and superior casting iron pieces. Low sulphur content, low phosphor centent, low content of microelecments, ST=0.0675%, little spheroidization interference effect, high mineral carbon spheroidization rate, fine toughness are all its characteriscs. Our pig iron can met the production needs of think wall of iron casting pieces, Comparing our pig iron with other pig iron, the qualification rate is 5% up, some pig iron for family use can increase 20%.

According to Beijing Iron & Steel Academy, Beigan's pig iron has following traits:
1 Because the synthetic action coefficient of spheroidization pig iron K1 is very small, the mineral carbon spheroidization rate is as high as 85%.
2 The microelement content of pig iron is very low and stable, the pearlite effect coefficient is low, which is avail to form ferrite organization.
3 The iron pieces from beigang's pig iron characterized by its excellent universal properties, especially toughness and plasticity (impact value ak=109.5j/cm2, extensibility d=20.7%). undoutedly, our pig iron is the superior raw materials for nodular casting iron.
4 The iron pieces from Beigang's pig iron is stable and has no distortion.
